# List unlock responses

# List unlock responses

Lists what recipients submitted through their unlock forms, newest first. Use
`/api/v1/workspaces/{slug}/certificates/{id}/unlock-responses` for a
single certificate.

Each row carries the field definitions the recipient actually answered, not the
live form, so a later edit never makes an old response unreadable. Image and
attachment answers are **15-minute** presigned GET URLs, not storage paths.

## Authorization

Requires `certificates:read` (or full access) and an active Pro seat.

## Query parameters

  
- `search?` string — Filter by recipient name, email, or certificate name Example: `ada`.

  
- `status?` string — Filter by response status: `pending`, `approved`, or `rejected` — the same three states a certificate request or correction moves through. Omit for all. Example: `pending`.

  
- `certificate_id?` string — Limit to one certificate Example: `550e8400-e29b-41d4-a716-446655440000`.

  
- `limit?` integer — Page size (1–200). Defaults to `50`. Example: `50`.

  
- `offset?` integer — Number of items to skip. Defaults to `0`. Example: `0`.
