# Create a webhook

# Create a webhook

Creates an independent webhook subscription. A workspace can have up to 50 subscriptions. Requires an active Pro seat.

## Path parameters

  
- `slug*` string — Workspace slug Example: `acme`.

## Body parameters

  
- `name*` string — Human-readable subscription name Example: `Zapier: Certificate Issued`.

  
- `url*` string — HTTPS URL that receives POST deliveries Example: `https://example.com/hooks/verifycate`.

  
- `event_types*` string[] — Event types to subscribe to, or `["*"]` for all Example: `["certificate.issued","share.linkedin_add"]`.

  
- `filters?` object — Optional certificate or issue filters Example: `{"certificate_id":"550e8400-e29b-41d4-a716-446655440000"}`.

  
- `consumer_type?` string — Consumer label: `custom`, `zapier`, `make`, `n8n`, or `internal` Example: `zapier`.

## Response

Returns the endpoint, including the signing `secret` (store it; the dashboard masks it after create).
