GET/api/v1/workspaces/{slug}/unlock-responses

List unlock responses across a workspace or for one certificate

Lists what recipients submitted through their unlock forms, newest first. Use /api/v1/workspaces/{slug}/certificates/{id}/unlock-responses for a single certificate.

Each row carries the field definitions the recipient actually answered, not the live form, so a later edit never makes an old response unreadable. Image and attachment answers are 15-minute presigned GET URLs, not storage paths.

Requires certificates:read (or full access) and an active Pro seat.

Query parameters

search?string

Filter by recipient name, email, or certificate name

Example: ada

status?string

Filter by response status: pending, approved, or rejected — the same three states a certificate request or correction moves through. Omit for all.

Example: pending

certificate_id?string

Limit to one certificate

Example: 550e8400-e29b-41d4-a716-446655440000

limit?integer

Page size (1–200). Defaults to 50.

Example: 50

offset?integer

Number of items to skip. Defaults to 0.

Example: 0
